Yannis leads both local and international cross-border projects at Scientia Advisory in Greece, helping organizations unlock the full potential of their leadership teams. With 25 years of overall professional experience, he focuses on human capital strategy, talent acquisition, and leadership assessment to support growth and transformation across sectors. He began his career as a management consultant with Tier 1 firms, rising to Director, and later built and led his own ventures for a decade. His background spans corporate, entrepreneurial, and public-sector environments, blending strategic depth with agility. Yannis holds a PhD in Decision Support Systems and a MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
